About Us

More than care.
A promise kept.

Rejoice AFH was born from a simple belief: that the later chapters of life should be written with dignity, warmth, and genuine human connection. We don't just house residents; we honor their stories.

Our Vision

A future where adult family homes are the gold standard of aging—vibrant communities where the wisdom of the elderly is cherished, and care is defined by compassion, not just compliance.

See Future

Our Journey

From a single home to a trusted community name, every step we've taken has been guided by the needs of the families we serve.

2018

The Beginning

Founded by nursing professionals who saw a gap in personalized care. Rejoice AFH opened its doors with just three residents, focusing on high-acuity needs in a home setting.

2020

Resilience & Growth

Amidst global challenges, we expanded our safety protocols and staff training, becoming a reference point for safe care during the pandemic. We added our second facility.

2023

Holistic Integration

Launched our integrated wellness program, combining physical therapy, nutrition, and social engagement into a seamless daily routine for all residents.
